SERVER RULES!

Breaking any of these rules may result in a warn/ban! Do not argue with a staff member decision, instead, record and report them if you feel they are abusing to demote their asses.

Importart: THIS SERVER HATES THE ADVERTS SO PLEASE DO NOT ADVERT RAID OR THINGS LIKE THAT! JUST DO IT. It is stupid to advert something in order to raid, mug, rape.

DO NOT FEAR STAFF! IF THEY HERRASS YOU OR PICK ON YOU REPORT THEM. FUCK THE POLICE.

I personally hate to read all the rules when I join  a server so, if you know about darkrp I highlighted the importart things. If you are not that experienced please read them all.


General Server Rules: 

  1. Be respectful to ALL members. (Slight racism for RP is allowed but do not harass and go to Hitler level of racism.)

  2. You may not kill a player for stealing your items.

  3. You may verbally player warn, including for hobos and Vapers. If they are bothering you ask a staff member.

  4. Don't abuse your tool gun in any way.

  5. Do not break NLR which is 2 minutes.

  6. Do not advertise links, other servers, or communities.

  7. Do not chat spam/admin spam. (Send massive/repeated messages constantly, punishment is a Mute.)

  8. Do not mic spam. (Playing sounds/music for an extended amount of time, Punishment is a Gag).

  9. Do not evade or avoid punishment. (We have your SteamID and IP)

  10. Do not RDM! Save it for the Purge!  (RDM: The act where you kill someone for no reason. You must have an RP Reason to kill, Otherwise it's RDM.)

  11. Do not abuse your job in any way. (Ex: Self supplying as a Gun Dealer.)

  12. If you AFK change your job to AFK (Type /job AFK)

  13. You may not pickpocket anyone with AFK as their job or people in spawn.

  14. Exploits of any kind are bannable.

  15. Auto collectors ARE allowed as long as the users and printers do not move.

  16. Do not Prop Climb.

  17. Do not Prop Surf

  18. Do not abuse any loopholes! Contact a staff to fix the issue.

  19. Do not AFK printer farm you will be kicked!

  20. Do not impersonate staff. ( Includes Backsitting an admin)

  21. You can not build Big bases on sidewalks or roads. Only small buildings and creations.

  22. Do not use auto collectors on HP/Armor vendors or doors! This will result in a ban!

  23. Do not use chain adverts, at most you can have ONE action on ONE bind. (Ex: raid/raid over, pd raid/raid, These are not allowed!)

  24. You cannot trap people in your base. If they ask let them out.

  25. You may not scam anyone for in game money or real life money. (this includes adverts such as raid me for 10 mil.)

  26. If a staff member has dealt with your sit it is final! If you have an issue with a sit report it on the forums under report staff.

    Police Rules

  27. You must attempt to arrest before using lethal force, unless lethal force is threatened agasinst you. (Suspect has a gun out and hes pointing at you.

  28. If a suspect attempts to flee and has a chance of getting away, lethal force is allowed.

  29. You cannot accept bail to unarrest inmates unless you are the arresting officer.

  30. You must obey the mayor at all times

  31. You may not base and you may not have printers.

  32. All weapons are legal for you to use

  33. Confiscated weapons may be used

  34. You may accept bribes from gangsters and thieves to look the other way in certain situations. You may not, however, continually work with these gangsters or thieves. You may not pass off any information about the mayor.

  35. Combat arresting is not permitted. If youre getting shot, shoot them back.

  36. You may not arrest/kill other government officials.

  37. You may not participate in any organized crime.

  38. You May base in PD. Make it a fortress.

  39. Hearing a Money Printer outside a base is reason enough to warrant the shit out of them. (silence the printers ffs)

    Purge Rules:

  41. Do not re-enter spawn

  42. Do not peek out and run back in.

  43. You cannot spawn kill players or harm them in any way.

  44. You may RDM during the purge.

  45. You may not RDA during the purge. (RDA is randomly arresting.)

  46. All jobs can purge expect Staff on booty..

  47. NLR is not a rule during the purge.

  48. Rape is legal.

  49. You may Raid players bases without /advert.

  50. EVERYTHING IS LEGAL! (during purge)

    Metagame:

  51. You may not Metagame!
    Ex: Killing someone who you saw kill a party member in the kill feed.

  52. Excluding a certain player is not allowed

  53. Using keypad passwords at an enemy’s base.

    Raid Rules:

  54. Do not edit, physgun, push keyboard keys to open doors, or build during a raid.

  55. Raids may only last up to 15 minutes.

  56. Do not raid the same base within 10 minutes in time.

  57. Do not change your job during a raid.

  58. Do not use keyboard keys to open doors when being raided, Use the keypads!

  59. After raiding one base you may not raid another for 5 minutes.

  60. If you die while being raided, you may return to the raid after 2 minutes. (THIS IS MEANT FOR THE BASE OWNER)

  61. You may not raid bases or harass those with building signs!

  62. You dont have to advert anything in order to raid.

    Kidnap Rules:

  63. Maximum ransom is $500,000.

  64. No kidnapping staff on booty.

  65. Kidnapping cooldown is 5 minutes.

  66. You may not kidnap the same person within 10 minutes.

  67. You can only hold the kidnapped person for 10 minutes.

  68. If you are kidnapped you must listen to whatever the kidnapper says or it is FailRP. (They can still break out of rope you can not tell them not to)

  69. Terrorists/jokers are not allowed to kidnap someone and let pro thieves pickpocket their inventory.

  70. You may not tie people to props and hang the around the map. RP don’t troll.

    Prop Rules:

  71. Do not prop spam.

  72. Do not prop block. (Purposely block players or Block rooms without a keypad)

  73. You cannot place props in other players bases.

  74. Do not block cameras with props.

    Mug Rules:

  75. You must give someone a minimum of ten seconds to drop money when you mug. (They MUST shoot you before you can shoot them within that ten seconds), You are not allowed to use lethal force in any way, unless the victim pulls a weapon out.

  76. The maximum mug amount is $5000.

  77. The cooldown for a mug is 5 minutes.

  78. You cannot mug hobos.

  79. Must be at least 10 seconds.

  80. You cannot mug someone if they are moving.

  81. You cannot tell someone they can't free look.

    Counter Rules:

  82. All jobs but dealers are allowed to counter raids.

  83. You do not have to advert counter to counter a terror attack.

  84. You must wait 5 minutes to call another counter.

    Party Rules:

  85. You may only avenge a party member at death if you were there to see them die. (physically in game)

  86. In order to party raid you must all be in the same party! or else its considered RDM! 

  87. You can not avenge the death of a party member if you were not present! This includes looking at the kill feed/talking to them in other communication.

  88. Goverment Officials may not party with violent jobs.

  89. Dealers are allowed to base and party with any job. But they still need to sell weapons to everyone.

BASING RULES

Base rules:

  1. Fading doors must stay open for at least 8 seconds!

  2. All fading doors must have fully visible keypads that are next to the fading door it controls.

  3. KOS lines are allowed and can only extend to the sidewalk outside your base.

  4. Fake or useless keypads are not allowed.

  5. You can block off extra entrances as long as there is one entrance to get in.

  6. You may not block off alleys, roads, or tunnels in any way.

  7. You can build to the roof of your building if you own the entire building.

  8. You cannot seal off public areas and claim them as yours. Even if you party has all the buildings owned.

  9. If building something in the air you MUST make supports for it. Things don't just float.

  10. No crouch or jumping entrances including crouch tunnels.(Making players enter your base by crouching.)

  11. You can have a maximum of 3 fading doors for the entrance in your base.

  12. You may have one more fading door in place of a button for printers only.

  13. Prop maze's are not allowed there must be a clear path.

  14. You are allowed to add a KOS sign if youre building.

  15. You are not allowed to own raidable entities and a building sign.

  16. Your base must have an entrance.

  17. You can not hide in no collided props

  18. Buttons may not be materialized and must be in plain sight. (THIS INCLUDES PROPS!)

  19. Keypad delays may not be set for more than 1 seconds.

  20. You may only have one Base as a party or single.

  21. You must be able to fit 2 people side by side in between each fading door.

  22. Please be as much specific when creating a KOS sign. ( KOS IF> Smelling, Touching, Knocking Door, Shooting windows, base, etc)
